What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we offer a satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason an area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, let us know right away and we will come back and clean it again free of charge.  Just give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning service.

Do I need to prepare before a cleaning service arrives at my home?

While not required, it’s very helpful if you pick up any clothing, personal belongings, or toys that may be lying on floors or other surfaces.  De-cluttering the home increases the effectiveness of our cleaning teams, and ensures that your possessions won’t be moved somewhere you might miss them.

What are your rates?

Our mission is to provide outstanding cleaning services to homes and offices at affordable prices.  Our services and cleaning plans are customized to fit your individual needs.  Therefore, the costs of our services depend on many factors, like the size of your property, specific cleaning tasks you want, and how often you want cleaning services performed.

The first visit generally costs a little more, and takes a little longer, as our team performs a thorough deep cleaning.  This is especially true if it’s been a while since your home was last cleaned.

Is it okay to have my pets at home during a cleaning?

Yes.  Please notify us if you own pets, or there are any special circumstances regarding them before we arrive.  Also, we ask that you restrict your pets from the areas being cleaned, for efficiency and safety reasons (especially if they are not friendly to strangers).

We do not walk or handle pets, or clean up pet waste.

Do I need to provide house cleaning products or equipment?

No.  Our professional cleaning teams will bring all necessary products, supplies, and equipment to your home or office.  In addition, if there are specific cleaning products that you prefer to be used, please let us know in advance so we can instruct our teams to utilize them instead.
